  • Repair of multiple cofferdams due to structural deformations and cracks.
  • Partial renewal of hull plates in bilge, bottom and side areas.
  • Repair of bow and stern peak with replacement of plates, profiles and internal structures.
  • Dismantling, transfer, repair and reinstallation of the cargo pump drive motor.
  • Complete renewal of the painting scheme using SA 2½ blasting for hull and SA 1½ for deck.
  • Painting of draft marks, freeboard and maximum load signage on bitts and cleats.
  • Internal cleaning of tanks and cofferdams.
  • Pneumatic tightness tests.
  • Plate replacement: 3000 kilos

  • Repair and replacement of plates and structure of bow peak and inclined bulkheads of hold.
  • Intervention in cofferdams (port and starboard), including replacement of deformed structures.
  • Repair of hold area affected by thickness loss and structural deformations.
  • Replacement of bottom plates and longitudinal bulkheads, calibration and smoothing of plates.
  • Painting of draft marks and freeboard.
  • Manufacturing of draft numbers in plate.
  • Plate replacement: 22,000 kilos.

  • Repair of cracks and deteriorated welds.
  • Painting and renewal of draft and freeboard marks.
  • Manufacturing and installation of missing draft numbers.
  • Sheet metal change 7500 kilos
